Not only the building of the motorway to Split and Dubrovnik but also the continual democratisation process and the adjustments to the legal system make Croatia one of the most interesting commercial partners.
Due to our decade-long visits in Croatia, we are very familiar with the country and its inhabitants.
This is why we will do our utmost to support the economic boom through tourism projects within exclusive property investment and management.
Most of our projects will be realised in Middle-Dalmatia. This is the region which will especially benefit from the new motorway and from the well developing flight routes. Therefore Middle and Eastern Europe and Croatia will move closer together. Due to this not only the number of visitors will increase but the season will also be considerably extended. Short breaks will be feasible.
The property purchaser would like to use his holiday domicile more often during the year.
As far as possible our projects will be implemented in cooperation with Croatian companies and service enterprises. Our dedicated local team, consisting of employees, architects, and lawyers, maintain close contact with companies and authorities. Therefore unobstructed procedures starting from the preconstruction enquiry up to the completion of the project are guaranteed.
Not only the building construction creates a working environment but also the resort itself: cleaning staff, rental agency, administration, janitor etc.
